The written layer of the house: the charter that governs it, the operational README, the row specification, and the hand-off documents between the agents who work here.

Responsibilities

• State the rules that must not be broken (append-only, one house, roles).
• Explain the bridge trap to anyone who will touch the store.
• Carry work hand-offs between agents as dated artifacts rather than chat messages.

Key Files

• PIAGAM.md — 96 lines. The charter: role split, workflow, the inviolable rules, a storage map, and the state of play as of 21 Sep 2026.
• README.md — 82 lines. House principles, the bridge and its trap, the commands, what is deliberately not here, and the source classes inherited from the charter.
• ledger/FIELDS.md — 124 lines. One IP, one row, one full history: the row fields, why history exists, and the two states that are computed rather than stored.
• UNJUK-KERJA-tsuzuri-outlook-mirror.md — 183 lines. The hand-off describing the migration, the os.replace trap, the three join points in outlook_stealth.py, and the acceptance commands.
• Moved out on 22 Sep 2026. The hand-off that used to live here (DISPATCH-untuk-eirlys-20260921.md) was executed and then archived — a finished assignment left in a working house reads like an assignment still waiting. It now sits in ~/.hermes/arsip/dispatch/, with its content unchanged and an INDEX.md recording why.

Dependencies

• Uses: nothing. These are prose artifacts.
• Used by: every agent who arrives at the house without context — this is where the rules live.

Notable Patterns / Gotchas

• The charter is the authority, the README is the manual. When they disagree, the charter wins, and the disagreement is itself a defect to fix.
• Hand-offs are dated and addressed on purpose. A dispatch written for a named agent is not general documentation; executing it is a task with an owner.
• Two documents currently describe an older house (the bridge repair and the field vocabulary landed after the first drafts). Treat FIELDS.md and the CLI as the truth for the row shape.
